Made from golden coloured Corn, it has a texture and consistency similar to durum wheat couscous. Great alternative to rice or pasta, mild flavoured grain is delicious served with moccoran tangines, as a stuffing for peppers or in a summer salad.
How to prepare: use 100ml boiling water per 65g Corn CousCous. Cover & leave to stand for 5minutes. Fluff with fork
