How Long Does The Fragrance Last? The stones come already infused with the beautiful blend of essential oils that will stay fragrant for up to 3 months. After 3 months top-up the fragrance with the refresher oil, that's included in the pack, to keep the aroma levels at their most effective. Just add 1-2 capfuls every few weeks.
